1.1  产品特点

1.1.1 为与球磨机鼓形给料器配套增加了刮砂器，使砂浆由侧面流向磨机的鼓形给料器。

1.1.2 部分型号的分级机采用滚动轴承代替原来的轴承，降低了摩擦阻力，避免了轴承的频繁更换维修，采用ZQ型式减速机，减少了安装维修空间。

1.1.3 改造了润滑部件，大规格产品配备干油泵，润滑可靠。 

1.2 选用说明

1.2.1 订货时除注明型号、数量外，还必须注明分级机螺旋方向。

1.2.2 与相关磨机配套使用，可根据用户需要设计，制作加长型（水槽加长、沉淀区加长），须注明加长量。

1.2.3 分级机分几个转数，用户无特殊要求时，按常规转速（表中加短划线的黑体数字）生产。

1.1 Product features

1.1.1 In order to match the cylinder feeder of ball mill, a sand scraper is added, which makes the ore pulp flow from the side to the cylinder feeder of ball mill.

1.1.2 Some models of classifiers adopts rolling bearing instead of the original bearing, which reduces the frictional resistance, and avoids frequent replacement and maintenance of the bearings. The space required for installation and maintenance is reduced by adopting ZQ reducer.

1.1.3 The lubrication parts are improved, and grease pumps are arranged for large-size products, making the lubrication more reliable.

1.2 Notes for Selection

1.2.1 While placing your order, please specify the model, quantity, and spiral direction of the classifier as well.

1.2.2 For the classifier matching relevant ball mill, we can design as per the customer’s requirements, and make lengthened type(lengthening the water tank, lengthening the precipitation zone). The customer is required to specify the length to be added.

1.2.3 Several revolutions of the classifier are available. If there is no special requirement, we will make the classifier according to normal rotary speed(the underlined bold figure in the table).
